Service
Servicing of brass instruments is necessary because over time they build up corrosion and dirt inside that can eventually make slides and valve seize up solid.
Routine servicing is the way to avoid the more costly scenario above.
Service prices start at £30 and depend on the specific requirements of the instrument.
For older instruments and in some circumstances newer instruments some parts are unobtainable. In many cases Mark is able to make these parts to order.
There are other cases where a customer wants an instrument enhanced. The photo above shows a 4th valve lock for a euphonium prior to fitting.
